VICSAH warranty help cover your purchased items against problems that occur after purchase.

 By default, most of the products listed on the VICSAH website are covered by warranty (provided from the vendor), if not mentioned otherwise.

 How to issue a warranty claim

1 – Send us a message or email and provide us with your order number, the item to be repaired and explain the problem that you are facing with the item

2 - we can help you to schedule a courier collection of the item from your home or office. We will schedule a collection date. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative. Courier charges apply.

3 - The item will be inspected. If the terms apply, the item will be replaced or repaired and shipped back to you as soon as possible.
